Notably Absent

A number of organizations have no plans for any recognition of Charles Darwin. Given Darwin's theories are at the foundation of all modern biotechnology and medicine, and strongly influence many other areas of science including zoology, human psychology, developmental biology, disease and epidemiology, and more, it comes as a great surprise that he is ignored. Galileo gave us the stars, Einstein gave us the physics, and Darwin gave us life itself.

If you know of any organizations that should be recognizing their roots, or just their connection to Darwin's work, contact them and let them know how you feel.
